We decided to purchase a new car. Went to the local dealership and we were not at all impressed. We have had bad experiences with past dealerships and were not expecting much out of them. Decided to try Toyota of Dothan, and knew right away this is the place we were going to make our purchase. Great staff, no pressure, we felt at home here. From our salesman, the finance manager and the sales manager we were treated with respect and a feeling of appretiation for our business. These are some good people working at Toyota of Dothan. We could not be happier with our purchase. Heath Danford was such a pleasure to work with and we will continue to do our business with Toyota of Dothan for future vehicle purchases. Toyota of Dothan is like no other car dealership. We will definitely send friends, family and other people to them. More

I drive 45 minutes from my hometown to use the Toyota Dothan service department, because thay are so effecient, kind, and have nice facilities. My local Toyota service department ALWAYS had a huge wait time. As a result of my service experiences,I knew I wanted to deal with Toyota Dothan. Josh Hernandez was super helpful and sweet. They did not have what I wanted on the lot, but were able to get it there in just a few days. I feel confident that I was able to negotiate the best deal possible with Woodrow Dean. They were able to beat Panama City Toyota's price, and I am enjoying my 2013 Highlander! More
We actually just went to look at a Highlander we had seen on the lot because we thought we might trade in the next year. They made us feel right at home and answered our questions about the vehicle and we were able to agree on a price. When we went to purchase our tag we met a lady that recognized the Highlander we had purchased as having belonged to her neighbor. She told us the same story as to why the neighbor had traded it as the employees at Toyota of Dothan had told us. There was no doubt that they had told us the truth, their honesty would definately make us use them again and recommend them to friends. More

Thanks to Jason Walsh and Woodrow Dean for setting up my mother w/ a 2012 Camry fully loaded in the tannish color. You both did excellent work as far as customer service, at first we were hesitant w/ the ta mother w/ a 2012 Camry fully loaded in the tannish color. You both did excellent work as far as customer service, at first we were hesitant w/ the tactics you were using such as luring us in the building and constantly asking us to come inside, but once we actually made a decision too, we were pleased w/ the over all atmosphere. We chose the Camry over the 2013 ACCORD because of its smooth riding and more up to date technology. Also, its eco status put it on the market as one of the best selling cars of its class. Being a huge honda fan immediately made me biased, but as Jason allowed me to discover the interesting features the Camry has, i was slowly looking at the Camry w/ a new perspective. The car its self is beautiful, and the service preformed on it such as the NEW leather seats are perfect as well. Also, considering you had our car dropped off and we live in Enterprise made us happy. Mr Dean, thank you for the extra cushion for my mother and your understanding of the condition she has, that hands down allowed me to see the awesome customer service. That was very pleasing and I give my regards to you sir. Mr Walsh, thank you for your awesome customer service, i would like to see you as a manager soon because I believe you have the skill and talent to run a successful dealership w/ partners. We took the information on both Siennas home after working out cost and trade in information with Paul. Very low preasure allowed us to deside that night on the model we wanted I called back the next day and told Wayne which model but because of prior appointments we would not be in til the next day. When we came in for our appointment the paperwork was ready, Rachel gave us a feature brief and we were on our way. Great low preasure car buying experance. I would strongly recommend this dealership and this sales team. More
