Exceptional Service! All I can say is Mike is my hero! I was headed out for vacation, car wasn't running as smooth, fortunately I went to DTLA TOYOTA dealership, no appoin All I can say is Mike is my hero! I really appreciated that even though my car is older and a little "broken in", they treated me with respect and valued me as a customer just the same as a person with a nicer, newer car. Mike communicated with me every step of the way and was helpful with tips and information about my car to keep it running for another 150,000! On top of it all, my repairs were reasonably priced and no more than it would have been at another place, but I was able to get exceptional service and feel like a valued customer.
