Exceptional Service! All I can say is Mike is my hero! I was headed out for vacation, car wasn't running as smooth, fortunately I went to DTLA TOYOTA dealership, no appoin All I can say is Mike is my hero! I was headed out for vacation, car wasn't running as smooth, fortunately I went to DTLA TOYOTA dealership, no appointment, was seen in 10 min, ended up needing transmission work. But because of MIKE'S EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE was able to leave with an awesome rental, payment plan for this truly unforeseen expense and a huge relief that I was still able to go on my much needed mini getaway! Way to go Mike! More

Going for another 150,000 miles! I am so happy that I took my 2008 Toyota Yaris to Toyota of Downtown LA. Mike Briseno helped me out. He met me outside with my tow truck driver and wa I am so happy that I took my 2008 Toyota Yaris to Toyota of Downtown LA. Mike Briseno helped me out. He met me outside with my tow truck driver and was ready to help. I really appreciated that even though my car is older and a little "broken in", they treated me with respect and valued me as a customer just the same as a person with a nicer, newer car. Mike communicated with me every step of the way and was helpful with tips and information about my car to keep it running for another 150,000! On top of it all, my repairs were reasonably priced and no more than it would have been at another place, but I was able to get exceptional service and feel like a valued customer. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Mike! More
