Our salesman, David Helton, was very courteous, listening to the criteria we were looking for in a vehicle, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the vehicle we test drove, which helped us in our selectio to the criteria we were looking for in a vehicle, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the vehicle we test drove, which helped us in our selection and purchase of our new car. Jennifer the sales person was awesome. Other than that not happy. Dealership could care less about repeat buyers. They claim that there is not much markup on their inventory so they think you will pay thousands more than a reasonable price. I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. If they won’t scratch my back I won’t scratch theirs. Sad thing is most people fall for their bull and pay way way too much. Toyota is a great brand but in my opinion the greedy dealers like Toyota Of Easley don’t care about a fair price. PLEASE stop being suckers to these kind of dealers. Shop around. Take a walk and go to Georgia or North Carolina etc. More

Constantly tried to upsale things I didn't want or need. They gave deceptive recommendations. They also charged me twice for both a 4 wheel alignment and a two wheel alignment.
