Toyota of Erie

My 2019 Toyota was in Toyota's shop for 3 days. I was informed that a mechanic of 33 years and others could not find the problem in 3 days. My wife's mechanic came to our house and found the probl I was informed that a mechanic of 33 years and others could not find the problem in 3 days. My wife's mechanic came to our house and found the problem in 10 minutes, It was a max air flow sensor. I am just wondering why Toyota after 3 days couldn't find the problem. They cost me $50. They emptied a full tank of gas , that wasn't the problem. Go figure that a Toyota dealer could fix their own vehicles. For got to mention the part was $132. They charges me $1,000 for their work. I got that back, but they insinuated it my fault. Of course this won't remain here long More

We put $1000 down on a Highlander. Was told it should be expected in within 30 days. It took 45-50 days to come in and we happened to be on vacation, which we had informed the dealer Was told it should be expected in within 30 days. Toyota of Erie called us, said the vehicle was in, I told them we would be back in two weeks and they informed us if we couldn't pick it up immediately they would sell it to someone else. No one tried to work with us or find a solution, just basically tough luck. Now we're 50 -60 days behind on a new waiting list with no car in sight. Not happy about how we were treated. More
