Unfortunately I had a really bad and i'm currently having a really bad experience with the toyota of erie dealership. They're having issues with all hybrid vehicles. They won't tell you about it because it's a expensive major fix. I have been without this vehicle for months now. With no end in sight when I drop the vehicle off they told me. I was sixth in line. We called 2 weeks ago. Now they're telling us we're 25th in line. As soon as I get this vehicle back i will sell it. I had to deal with Brett a manager there. I am upset with how he and toyota has handled this issue. We have had to rent a car for several months now using our own insurance. Although toyota is paying for the rental it brings no comfort to me. .I have had this rental car so long i have to return it and get a diffent vehicle bc the one im driving needs an oil change. Complete nightmare Toyota could care less. We are extremely upset. I have no idea when I will get my car back. More

I drove 2 hrs and gave up 4 hrs of overtime at work to potentially buy a 2011 Toyota 4 runner with only 38k, I was told that the car was "extra clean" and when I arrive I immediately look underneath a car potentially buy a 2011 Toyota 4 runner with only 38k, I was told that the car was "extra clean" and when I arrive I immediately look underneath a car and find rust as if the car sat in a swamp it's entire life. The worst part about it is the shady owner of the dealership stood but the vehicle in excellent condition for its age. It's not. It's not even close. Is a complete rust bucket that's going to nickel and dime whomever purchases it into oblivion. Terrible business! More
While visiting Erie from Maryland, I scheduled my regular oil change at Erie Toyota. Before even speaking to anyone, it was surprising to see that a full tire alignment was recommended on the overhead screen oil change at Erie Toyota. Before even speaking to anyone, it was surprising to see that a full tire alignment was recommended on the overhead screen. After my oil change, one service technician showed me a diagram of my tires and pointed out several areas with low tire tread. When I told him I didn't want the service because my new tires were only three weeks old, and had been balanced and checked during purchase elsewhere, attendant said he would return with my paperwork. A second tech later returned with that paperwork. I noticed all tires were now rated as 10s and he recommended that I arrange for my future alignments where I purchased the tires. When I questioned a third person about this overselling alignment request, I was told it was due to the strip my car passed over into the garage. Baloney! Upon leaving the dealership, I drove my car to a flat road and tested the alignment by taking my hands off the wheel. As expected, the car continued perfectly straight, without veering to either side. In addition to this difference in service, I noticed that all of the service reps and staff were different from my last visit. More
Wonderful experience working with an experienced work force. Brad Harris our sales associate, was accommodating without putting undo pressure on our potential purchasing decision. We ended up purchasing force. Brad Harris our sales associate, was accommodating without putting undo pressure on our potential purchasing decision. We ended up purchasing a new 2024 Tacoma. The truck hasn’t disappointed, and well worth the money invested. Years of dependability with several safety features was the final selling point. More
Even though they advertise on the Web, they are unable to make it work and wasted my time. Really to bad, I would recommend that they not bother to have a wide audience if they are unable to handle it make it work and wasted my time. Superior Toyota was great - right up until the ownership changed and it became Toyota of Erie! Now you have to schedule an oil change weeks to months in advance, and actual repairs even further out. Even changed and it became Toyota of Erie! Now you have to schedule an oil change weeks to months in advance, and actual repairs even further out. Even getting parts through the parts department to work on your vehicle yourself is wasted time. I love my vehicle, but every time I have deal with the new dealership I dislike them a little more.
