Failed to do saftey recall work as promised Truck was taken in September 14th for 2nd set of u joints and carrier bearings at 147,000 miles. Saftey recall work was also supposed to be preformed. Saftey recall parts were ordered but installed on another truck so that when I pick my truck up September 22nd the saftey recall will not have been performed. They want me to bring it back after having it over a week. They also suggested I fix the broken pigtail myself. More

I appreciate the fact that he knew I didn't want to haggle over price so we cut right to the chase and agreed on a reasonable price. Had my 7 year old grandson with me because he is "crazy" about cars. Everyone there took interest in him and helped make it a special experience for him. I will say the whole thing took a little longer than I was hoping (3 hous) but they were very thorough. Must say everyone we were in contact with were really nice people. Thanks for the Toyota caps for grandson and the color sheets of the cars are now on my frig! More
