Thankfully, NONE of this is true with Ron Hibbard Toyota. The staff is friendly and helpful, and best of all there was no pressure, as the collective goal was to get me into the best car for my needs that fits my budget. This is the second car we've purchased from Bryan Siltman and Ron Hibbard Toyota, and we'll be back when we're ready for the next one, and the next. 2016 Toyota Highlander My husband and I stopped in on a whim, thinking that we would "just see," we had looked at several different dealerships. We had narrowed my choice down to the Highlander. Allen, our salesman, was able to find the Highlander that I wanted to match my specifications exactly. We even worked with Randy the manager of Ron Hibbard, who explained the leasing option to us. Allen and Randy spent a lot of time with us, but they made the experience as simple as possible. When we went to pick up my Toyota, Allen gave me a tutorial on how to use all the features of my new Highlander! Overall the customer service was excellent! I would recommend Ron Hibbard Toyota, and Allen Kalisch to anyone to buy a Toyota! More

Making clients happy We bought our 2016 Toyota 4Runner on New Year's Eve. We were there for 7-8 hours. Lydia demonstrated patience and knowledge while assisting us. When w We bought our 2016 Toyota 4Runner on New Year's Eve. We were there for 7-8 hours. Lydia demonstrated patience and knowledge while assisting us. When we left it was dark, and it wasn't until the next day we notice a flaw on the interior of the car. When I called to explain, I had low expectations on them doing anything about it being that I drove it home already and had no way of proving it was there when we purchased it. However, they gave me the benefit of the doubt and made it right. They also made sure my family was not inconvenienced during the time they had my truck. We have purchased from Ron Hibbard Toyota many times in the past and was happy to see they are just as good as the last time! More
