Initially we came to Toyota of Gallatin to have some extensive service performed on our 2010 Avalon clearing in March of 2016. Our sales person, J.R.Perez, was the catalyst for this purchase, as he shared his extensive knowledge of the “turbo” powered hybrid engine, it’s fuel efficiency, inclement weather drive-ability; safety features, and up-to- date technological advances. Who knew?!!!J.R.knew. We are so excited with this purchase: owning a vehicle that will last us for the remainder of our driving years, providing us with every possible option for traveling: off - roading, accommodating passengers, making trips in comfort and luxury, without excessive costs,due to the hybrid’s technology, while also enjoying that sporty, 4-Runner experience! J.R.’s expertise and enthusiasm for this vehicle proved too much to resist!
