Charged over $100 for a Used Car Detail that was never done. I am not very happy that I bought my used 2013 Honda Accord being told that it was detailed (waxed)at a cost more than $100 only to discover that the I am not very happy that I bought my used 2013 Honda Accord being told that it was detailed (waxed)at a cost more than $100 only to discover that the car was never detailed. The salesman said that it had been through the works. I bought the car in the afternoon to night time so none of was blately obvious when I purchased the car. 3 days after purchasing the car I called my sale rep and questioned the lack of water rolling off my car like it would after it had just been waxed and that there was spilled coke in the arm rest along with dirt on the seats. His response surprised me when he said well it may not have needed it all the cleaning. Never offer to bring the car in but sure didn't mind charging me the $100+ for this never done service. I would like to hear a explanation from Mr Hibbard. More
