Used car warranty Do not purchase a used car warranty from Ron Hibbard if it is not a Toyota. We purchased a three year one for a 2011 Explorer. The power steering went Do not purchase a used car warranty from Ron Hibbard if it is not a Toyota. We purchased a three year one for a 2011 Explorer. The power steering went out on it and we were MADE to have it towed to Hibbard even though we were 46 miles away. The warranty states if you are within 50 miles that it must go there. We have a Ford dealership less than a mile from our home and asked if we could take it there and were denied. When it got to Hibbard they could not fix it because they didn't have the correct codes (since it's a Ford) so it sat at their dealership for 3-4 days (while nothing was done to it) before they took it to the nearest Ford dealership to them. We were without our second vehicle for a week for something that was fixed in less than half of a day once Ford got it. Along the way the service department was very unhelpful, saying they would call us back and never doing it. We would have to call back to get updates. Even then it was like WE were hassling THEM. Do not buy a used non Toyota from them. More

Carl Anderson in the service department told me it sounded like the alternator and or battery and they could probably have it fixed the next day. The next day being Saturday, he called me about noon and said he had good news. It wasn't the alternator but the battery. I was very happy and pleased. A short time later I drove my car home and running like new. It was great not to have wait until Monday as we are retired and have only one car. I have had two Camry's and now a Corolla. I have enjoyed my Corolla. Thanks Ron Hibbard for a job well done. Go Toyota More

After listening to my situation and getting an idea of a car that would work for me we test drove a Nissan Altima but it was a little out of my price range. The next day I returned and Terry had a 2007 Toyota Camry waiting for me to test drive and it was within my price range. Terry was an excellent salesman who gave quality customer service. I have recommended him to friends and I will definitely go back when I am in need of another vehicle. More

He was so compassionate and caring, I immediately felt at ease. It was obvious he (and his co-workers later) were genuinely concerned. Chris Clouse drove about thirty miles in Nashville traffic to come get me. In the meantime "Z" was working on my financing, Chris took me on several test drives and made my choice easy with no pressure. While Chris and "Z" worked on my financing, Marcus kept me company. I eventually met with Michael to finalize my paperwork, who was also a friendly and compassionate guy. I insisted on meeting Ron Hibbard himself to tell him what a good crew I had and how I felt like I had been taken care of by "my big brothers." When I arrived he introduced me to Terry Harrell and hevwas so nice was so nice! He was nor pushy at all and had the car cooled and ready for me to test drive. We test drove several cars and he explained the difference between the models and all other questions I had. I felt more like I was shopping with a friend than a salesman. I had been to several dealerships prior to this visit and all other sales guys were ready to push me into buying the first car I test drove. I'm not more to make a hast decision. Terry was very patient with me and gave me the time I needed to decide. I love my Camry and will and enjoy driving it. Like other salesmen he did not keep checking his phone nor rush me. He gave me his undivided attention and truly helped me to choose the car that best fit mt needs. He Rocks!! The young guy that helped me with the final paper work was also kind and explained things well.
