We recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Highlander from Ron Hibbard Toyota. When we first visited the dealership we were interested in either a highlander or a 4Runner. I can always count on Carl! Carl is so helpful figuring out what needs to be done. I ran over a pair of needle nose pliers and had to replace the tire and it damaged the splash Carl is so helpful figuring out what needs to be done. Very disappointed with my service visit this time. On two occasions, my service advisor could not tell me what services were due. I made the trip to this dealer to have her tell me all that was due was a tir occasions, my service advisor could not tell me what services were due.
