ABOVE AND BEYOND I have been searching for a tundra for years every since the body style changed in 07. I was going to finally purchase one in 2011. Then gas shot up o I have been searching for a tundra for years every since the body style changed in 07. I was going to finally purchase one in 2011. Then gas shot up over $4 per gallon. So I bought a sonata. I have purchased 4 Hyundais in the past 3 years. For the past 3 months or so my wife and I got back into looking for a tundra. I have called about 10 different dealerships spoke to several people. I had 3 dealerships working on finding me one. They was dragging their butts. I called Paul at Ron Hibbard toyota and he was very friendly and eager too earn my business. They was 2 hours away from my house.I talked to Paul for about 45 minutes to an hour. He had what I wanted talked to me the way I wanted and treated me the way I wanted. So the same day I drove 2 hours to the dealership. I put these guys through a very rough night because I almost purchased a truck I did not go there for. They did the paperwork and I changed my mind on them. They was very frustrated but I did not and do not blame them I was frustrated with myself. But these guys was there until 12am selling me my tundra. I want to personally say thank you to each team member that put up with me as well as taking care of me. Paul Destino did a great job was very friendly very professional and even with what I put him through very patient. The other gentlemen where very friendly and professional as well so thank you Zlatan Durmic and Randy Hibbard. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about each Toyoto product that we inquired about...absolutely no high pressure salesmanship...just easy going and delightful. We test drove the Venza that I was interested in and then purchased it. After my purchase, Allen sat with me in my new Venza and reviewed all the programs that were in my new Venza. Things have certainly changed in 15 years!!! More

At least once a month for the past 4 years, I would slowly drive through the Ron Hibbard Toyota Certified Used Car sales area, and sometimes the new c At least once a month for the past 4 years, I would slowly drive through the Ron Hibbard Toyota Certified Used Car sales area, and sometimes the new car lot, as well, to see the available vehicles. Occasionally I would stop and get out to walk around a vehicle for sale. Over and over I explained to the helpful sales staff that I was "just pre-shopping." I was never pressured, and finally in May 2015 I decided to buy a Certified 2012 Toyota Camry. What made me realize how special my experience was at Ron Hibbard Toyota were the three visits I made to OTHER non-Toyota dealerships in the Middle Tennessee area during the past year. The sales staff at the other dealerships would NOT accept my statement that I was "just pre-shopping," and I received 37 unwanted follow-up calls (I began counting after the first 5 calls). It took considerable effort on my part to get the calls from the other dealers to stop. In contrast, my salespeople at Ron Hibbard Toyota, who were Lydia Atmore and Wayne Hobdy, listened to me and patiently waited until I was ready, and then sold me a car on MY timetable instead of theirs. Second chance I almost wrote this dealer off my list because of a price gouge on a small part. I'm glad I didn't!
