When the engine on my 2013 Tundra was destroyed by one of the "Quick oil change" companies I had the truck towed to Ron Hibbard. Over the course of 5 weeks Carl was in constant contact with me regarding the situation. He helped by working directly with the at fault parties insurance company and provided valuable guidance to me on how to best handle the situation. Carl went above and beyond what any reasonable person could expect. His persistence and experience resulted in the best possible outcome for me.
