Hibbard pulled my wifes Christmas off perfectly! Just a brief sequence of events to explain the ease of this whole car buying process. I met with Randy Hibbard, told him exactly what pre-owned model Lexus I was looking for to get my wife for Christmas. Within a couple days Randy informs me that Gary has located two similar models, at which time he gives me the option of either or both without any commitment. Another two days and I get a call that the vehicle is on their lot. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Mileage, options and condition were exactly as was stated upon initial location of this vehicle. A few minor repairs were worked into the deal and the sale was finalized. During this process, Gary contacted me, by phone, on numerous occasions just to give me updates on the repairs and to answer several questions I had along the way. Even after the completion of the sale, I have remained in contact with several of the staff at Hibbard as their personalities are more like that of friends than business associates. I highly recommend Hibbard and will be conducting business with this dealer in the future. Oh yeah, wife's best Christmas thus far. More

Purchased a used Impala I was glad for the price, the customer service, etc. I was disappointed that my family have purchased 4 cars from this particular dealership/salesman I was glad for the price, the customer service, etc. I was disappointed that my family have purchased 4 cars from this particular dealership/salesman and all of the cars were given to us with a full tank of gas. Mine was just above the red line for empty. I also had to search for the owners manual to obtain information on two lights, that the dealership seemed to have no knowledge of. Was a little disappointing because our other experiences were fabulous. They were great about working with my financial situation, the price great, but no gas. Sad. Dalton was helpful with a telephone application. I appreciated that very much. More
