Overall I am satisfied, and would have no issue with returning when t I have purchased two new Toyotas from Ron Hibbard Toyota in the past six months. Overall I am satisfied, and would have no issue with returning when the need arises. Allen is very friendly and seems to truly care about helping find the right vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles and I would not say the "buying" experience was any easier honestly. There was the same old back and forth, go talk to a manager, etc that is so common with buying a car. I did not like that they seem to base everything on how much it cost per month, not showing what you are actually paying - without asking at least. In the end I feel everything was fair and I will give them a try next time as well. More

The third time is charm, because they were able to work out a fair deal considering the fact that we had some negative equity in the car that we were trading in. Our salesperson, Austin Christian, was both nice and helpful. We also had a great experience in the finance office with Michael Christian. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I would recommend Ron Hibbard in Gallatin, I do not think you will be disappointed. More

My salesman was Jason Hargrove. Jason did a good job quickly answering any and all questions I had about the vehicle. He was polite, attentive, and patient. Zlatan Durmic, Assistant Sales Manager made the experience even better. He is very personable, "down to earth", and more importantly, Knowledgeable about the product. It didn't hurt he came to my rescue after my money got stuck in the vending machine. I was hungry. I have had service done with Carl Anderson since 2009. I believe he is always straight forward and honest. More

Ron Hibbard Toyota is one of the nicest dealers of my experiences. Including this 2014 Sienna I have purchased a total of five vehicles from this dealer. One of the things I like is that they have never been forceful in trying to make a sale. At times when I was not ready to make a deal they backed off and gave me time to think. The sales person in all buy one of my five purchases from Ron Hibbard was Lydia Atmore. Lydia ranks at the top of the list in sales persons I have encountered at auto dealers. She is friendly, professional, courteous, answers questions and requests promptly and is never pushy. More
