Allen Kalisch met me inside the showroom and asked me if I had a particular vehicle in mind and what y needs in a e new vehicle would be. Upon passing on to him that I was interested in the 2014 Toyota Avalon and would be spending a lot of time behind the wheel, Allen expertly recommended a Toyota Avalon XLE in Parisian Night Pearl. We took the car for test drive and Allen took me to some places where we could give the car a solid test of the car's abilities. Upon return Ron Hibbard joined in the conversation and made it clear that he wanted my business and would do what it took to earn my business. After visiting some other dealerships over the next couple of days, I decided that I was going to buy this Avalon from Ron Hibbard Toyota. My decision hinged on several items. The repair was going to be a very expensive one and I thought I was between a rock and hard place. The car was not worth investing that much money in so I thought I was going to be stuck with it. My salesman James Lackey sprung into action and got with Randy Hibbard and and they offered to get me out from under my rock and got me into a brand new car. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! This is my second Toyota and I probably wouldn't have traded has I not been able to get exactly what I wanted. I browsed the lot without pressure and then Jason Hargrove greeted me with a friendliness that is hard to ignore. He worked to get me exactly what I wanted and really took very little time. His detailed knowledge of the car I bought was impressive. He took his time with any questions I had and at no time did i ever feel rushed into a decision. He was very thorough with exploring my buying options and I appreciated that. Mike Christian was excellent when it came to explaining warranty options, etc. without any pressure to buy. He understood that I am very budget minded and he worked with me to get the best coverage for my particular situation. All in all, this has been the best experience I've had buying a car.
