She went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. No one is faster or works harder at Ron Hibbard than Lydia. She is very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention personable. She is definitely my favorite sales person ever! Then, we worked with Michael Christian in financing. He did an amazing job, helping to keep our payments right where we needed them, while also helping us to get the most for our money. Mr. Hibbard expressed his sincere apologies and was more than willing to work with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the deal. He went over our contract and explained in depth everything we had questions about. He expressed his apologies to us over and over and assured us that we were more then just a car sale. He let us know that he would do all he could to help us in the future. We also now realize that all that was done that evening was just part of selling a car. Over all we feel Toyota is a good dealership with friendly, helpful people. More
