I wandered onto the lot trying to decide between one they had vs an older model down the street. My experience with Bryan was amazing. Things I loved: the easy to understand pricing he put in my hands after only minutes, the "take the car for the afternoon" test drive they offered, and how PATIENT Bryan was with me when I could not decide between two highlanders with different color options. The actual buying process was our opportunity to be patient because it did seem to take slightly longer than I expected, but at that point I had already decided I would be coming back for our next vehicle. Additionally, as a first time Toyota buyer, the product speaks for itself. I highly recommend this dealership! More

He had one vehicle that had what I wanted with the exception of the interior color. However, I decided the interior color would not be a deal breaker if we could agree on price.
