It is always a pleasure to deal with Rob Hibbard. I bought an Avalon there 11 years ago and it was a great car that I have passed on to my daughter. I bought a new Avalon in January and would not thin bought an Avalon there 11 years ago and it was a great car that I have passed on to my daughter. I bought a new Avalon in January and would not think of going anywhere else. Ron is very well thought of in the communities of Gallatin and Hendersonville. That alone would compel you to go there. The saleman, Allen Kalisch, was very patient and not assertive at all. I was very comfortable with him. Being a woman and Senior Citizen, I was not apprehensive in going in to the dealership to talk with Allen and Ron. Allen has checked on me since then to see if I need any explanation of the high tech portion of the car. The entire experience was very pleasant and productive. More

This is the third Toyota vehicle we have bought from Ron Hibbard Toyota. Our first purchase was a Toyota Sienna from Lydia Atmore and Gary Nichols. Both were most courteous and it was a great experience. Hibbard Toyota. Our first purchase was a Toyota Sienna from Lydia Atmore and Gary Nichols. Both were most courteous and it was a great experience. The second purchase was another Toyota Sienna again from Lydia. Another great experience like the first one. This most recent purchase was a Toyota Tundra. This purchase was made from Moses Dumas and Wayne Hobdy. We first visited the used car lot to look at a used Tundra and first approached by Moses. However, when we returned the next day to continue our search, Moses had another meeting and he referred us to Wayne. We decided on a new truck and Wayne saw us through the purchase. Moses was most helpful up until being referred to Wayne. Wayne was exceptional in dealing with us. Both he and Moses have been great in following up with us after the purchase. Our dilemma now is if we go back to purchase another vehicle, we don't know which sales person to return to because we don't want to make either one of them mad. We would have returned to Lydia the third time, but thought the used car and new car sales people were separate. Sorry, Lydia. Also, while I am at it I would like to put in a good word for your service department and Carl Anderson. Great personality and has always treated me great.
