The Highlander fit my needs, had a higher owner rating, higher re-sale and better quality than others. Once I had narrowed down my choice to the Highlander, I discovered the vehicle I wanted was not available yet. Moses did not let that stop us from getting our vehicle. He and your staff found the vehicle at another location, made a trade and got our vehicle delivered to us. Carol also went above and beyond by going back to Toyota Financial and securing a lower interest rate than my Credit Union could provide. Having been in the automotive business in the 70’s and 80’s myself when dealerships did not care about the buyer, I had dreaded the process. This was my second time to purchase a Toyota from Ron Hibbard. My first experience was in 2003 when I purchased only my second NEW car. I had been a Honda lover, however, I had just owned a Toyota camr Hibbard. My first experience was in 2003 when I purchased only my second NEW car. I had been a Honda lover, however, I had just owned a Toyota camry (needed to purchase a car quickly after a wreck) and the camry was the only car offered by Trickett Honda. I have purchased about 7 cars from Trickett Honda which was my only number 1 dealership. Now, however, Ron Hibbard Toyota has tied with Trickett Honda. I feel comfortable and confident when I visit either dealership that I will be treated respectfully. With many dealerships I have visited throughout my driving career (now age 62), the car dealers have downplayed my knowledge of cars and what I want in a car just because I am a woman. Needless to say, they have not dealt with me, When I receive that type of treatment, I simply walk away. Not so with Ron Hibbard Toyota. That is one reason I stopped in his dealership when I needed a car, again after a wreck. Okay, perhaps I have too many wrecks. Nevertheless, I also knew that Toyotas were #1 on the market particularly the Camry, When a stopped there one Sat., I had no idea that I would meet a professional like Moses Dumas. And, a 2003 Camry (burgundy color) had just been traded into their dealership. I was right on time. (most of the time a run late) This was just the make, model and color of car I wanted. And the 2003 has a cassette player!! And if you are about my age, you have too many cassettes with your favorite songs. I also talk too much on some occasions. So I will close with this: make no mistake, Moses and Gary will treat any woman with respect, offer you their car knowledge, work out a win/win deal and stay in touch with you throughout the process. While I was getting my 2008 Rav 4 detailed, I visited the showroom floor to look at the new Rav 4s. I was fortunate to meet Mose Dumas. Moses is an exceptional gentleman. I left the dealership twice in two days because I was unable to communicate with the new car manager but, thanks to Moses, I came back. Moses was able to complete the deal to my satisfaction.
