Could not be more satisfied Bought a 2013 Prius V 3 not the equipment I wanted did not realize that till I got home. Went back the next day & they exchanged it for the Prius V 5 with the extras I wanted NO the equipment I wanted did not realize that till I got home. Went back the next day & they exchanged it for the Prius V 5 with the extras I wanted NO HASSLE They said they wanted me to be HAPPY. Ron himself came in and made the deal right. I could not be more pleased, they only charged me for the extra equipment package which is FAIR. They had to get it from another Dealer & with in a couple hours the car was transferred & one HAPPY CUSTOMER was on his way. First dealership I ever drove up to that I had to go find a salesperson (which could be good or bad if you are just wanting to look). Ran into Randy Hibbard and he was nice enough to send out Tom Kirkham. Test drove the Prius with Tom, who was then called away to another customer, so was handed off to Lydia Atmore. Lydia took me through the whole process of explaining what deals could be done that day to get me into the car if I wanted it. Was a little worried about the car's pick up from the get-go, so Lydia took me for another test drive and explained that I was babying the car for fear of not getting the expected 50mpg gas mileage, and to not worry about pressing the gas. After getting back and meeting with the owner and finalizing some details, decided to go ahead and make the purchase. Lydia is a very energetic, go-getter and an overall very friendly person to deal with...highly recommend her. Not disappointed so far...the car gives you details of your commute so you can track your progress. The ride home from the dealership I averaged 51.2 mpg and on the commute to work this morning it was 54.1mpg. Besides the mpg, although the car has a small look, the cargo space is bigger than I expected...only thing Toyota could change in the future is taking out the bar across the back window (sort of messes with you at first when looking out the rearview mirror, but you quickly get used to it). Won't miss getting gas every week! More

We were able to purchase a new Toyota Camry with very good customer service. It was close to the end of the day, but everyone stayed until we got all the paperwork completed.
