My husband and I have been visiting Ron Hibbard Toyota for approximately 10 years for service of our two other Toyota vehicles. We purchased our third Toyota yesterday. Tom was great to work with. Our 2006 Nissan Sentra was totaled on June 21 so we needed to replace it. We have the service on our Rav4 done at Ron Hibbard so we checked them out first. When I got to Ron Hibbard, I was met right away by Mr. Moses Dumas. I liked him immediately. He has about the friendliest smile and nicest personality I've encountered. I told him our situation and he took me straight away to a 2010 Corolla that had just been traded in that morning. I don't like test driving cars so he drove and talked about the Toyota brand like he personally founded the company. He was unbelievably informative and even answered questions about our Rav4 that I brought up. I told him I would be back in a couple of days with my husband and daughter, (who we would be helping to by the car for). When I brought my daughter and husband back a couple of days later, he met us outside and we started all over again. My husband and daughter were as impressed with Moses and the Corolla as I was. We still went to several other places to compare vehicles and prices and after several hours ended up back at Ron Hibbard. No one was able to match the price, vehicle and service that we got from Moses. He worked hard to get the deal for us that we wanted and it was exactly the deal that we wanted. The sales manager as well as any other employee we came into contact with were great. In the end we got the Toyota Corolla, and will enjoy stopping in to say hi to Moses any time we take it in for service. He was the ultimate professional and at the same time as personable as anyone you would ever meet. It was a joy to meet him and work with him. Ron Hibbard is fortunate to have him and he is a perfect fit for Ron Hibbard's high standards for customer care and service. More

When we set appointments for our service checks, Carl and Trace have always made sure the service was 100% complete to our satisfaction and very accommodating to answer our questions. Scott in parts has gladly answered any questions and offered suggestions for our needs and upgrades. Lydia is who we have purchased all 3 cars for. She is very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure on the purchase, just answering questions and offering suggestions. Randy has always been a great " go to" person for us at the dealership. If we have any questions pertaining to our vehicles he has always been able to answer. Ron is a professional and also very easy to work with. Now that we own 3 Toyotas I doubt we will need another anytime soon but when we do we will purchase it fro Ron Hibbard. More

To begin with "Z", Zlatan Durmic, was very professional in his responses to my e-mails and responded in a very timely manner. He worked hard at getting the information I needed on more than on professional in his responses to my e-mails and responded in a very timely manner. He worked hard at getting the information I needed on more than one vehicle so I could compare and have in mind what I wanted when I showed up at the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership I was treated by Steve Primm. He informed me that I had arrived on Zlatan's day off but offered his assistance. I told him about what Zlatan and I had discussed and he was able to pull up Zlatan's notes. Never once did I feel pushed into buying a vehicle, instead I felt like they were just willing to listen to my interest and do the best they could to make me happy. Steve and the finance team, along with Mr. Hibbard worked very hard to get the price I wanted and came very close. I wanted to go home and make the decision mutually with my wife and they understood. That afternoon I received a call from another Toyota dealership that I had been corresponding with wanting to make me a deal. I told them that I was most likely buying the truck at Hibbard the next morning and that I was waiting for my wife to get home to discuss it. They asked what I paying for the truck which I thought was a little under handed but I thought what the heck and told them. They then quoted me a price less than Hibbard, granted it wasn't much less (worked out to 4 dollars a month) so I asked why when they quoted me "their absolute bottom price" earlier in the week, why wasn't this the price? Of course they hummed around. I told them no thanks. For 4 more dollars a month I felt much better about the folks at Ron Hibbard Toyota. Very friendly, and professional folks. Thanks to "Z", and Steve. My family loves our new Tundra Crew Max and my 3 children love the room they have now and worry me every afternoon wanting to go for a ride and open the sunroof.
