They have made suggestions, but they have never been "pushy" about getting me to do what they suggest. They were, also, not "pushy" about having me buy a new car or a particular car. Their trade-in price was fair and well explained. All service I have had done was done well and in a timely fashion--again no pressure to have their service department do any work. All charges are up front and fair. I would highly recommend This dealership, and my salesperson, Tom, to anyone. More

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new (used) vehicle when my car's transmission went out during an out of town trip. I was stressed and overwhelmed by this sudden expense and decision. I visited 4 dealerships and settled on a Toyota Rav4. I wanted a third row option. I found one online and luckily it led me to Jason Hargrove and Ron Hibbard Toyota. I finally found a vehicle I liked and a dealership with integrity and patience. Jason was knowledgeable and personable. I truly believe he wanted me to be happy with my decision. He wasn't just trying to make a sale. He was trying to make a repeat customer. Carol was also very patient and wanted to make sure I understood everything, explaining and repeating anything I needed. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Much better than a very large Toyota dealership in downtown Nashville. I would absolutely recommend Jason and the Ron Hibbard team to everyone I know. More

Zlatan was outside the dealership when I arrived and welcomed me courteously. He was friendly and respectful throughout the entire transaction. I entered Ron Hibbard at about 8 o'clock one evening to look through the window of a used Corolla. I was looking to lower my payment from my Camry. As I sat down for financing I was told that since I was upside down on the Camry, I'd be better off in a new car. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a Corolla S with the premium package for a good price. I found the one I wanted, and decided to head back to the dealership the next day. This was at 10:00pm ater I worked all day. Randy told me that I eeded to do the deal that night to get the price I wanted. I ended up doing the deal, and the next day I regretted it. I wish Randy would have not been so pushy. He definitely did not encourage weighing options. More

When I stepped onto the lot at the used cars, Jason was very helpful. Asked me what I was looking for, my price range and any specific color or features. What was the greatest thing about my trip, was when I was on the lot, the Manager, Gary remembered me from 6 years ago when I purchased a vehicle for my son. Now that is customer service.
