My Ron Hibbard Toyota experience actually started with the internet as I was in the market for a Scion xB and happened to find one being offered by Ron Hibbard. I then used their "Black Book" link to get the internet as I was in the market for a Scion xB and happened to find one being offered by Ron Hibbard. I then used their "Black Book" link to get a preliminary value for my trade and within about an hour received a call from Kim Felts on the process. Kim very politely and efficiently set me up for a "test drive" as well as a point-of-contact, Gary, on the Used car side of the dealership. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by a very friendly salesman in Stewart Fisher, who went about the "task" of evaluating my needs with respect to the Scion xB. The "test drive" was thorough, as Stewart set up a drive that would encompass various "feels" for the vehicle i.e. cornering, rough road, interstate driving etc. After the test drive we proceeded with the "deal" and both Stewart and Gary worked very hard to gain my business which they did emphatically. At no time during my experience did I feel pressured but geniuinely valued as a customer. Lastly, I want to thank Mike in Finance, as he was able to gain a very competitive rate that beat my primary bank by 1.1% and in these economic times every penny counts!
