When shopping for a new truck, I visited a few Toyota dealerships and decided to purchase from this dealership because the sales person, Tom Kirkham, was very attentive and interested in doing business with me. I have bringing my Tacoma back for regular maintenance to this dealer for several reasons- 1) they have a great customer waiting area with Internet access, so I am able to schedule service during the week and still get work done while I wait, 2) I have always been pleased with the quality of work, and 3) the service staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My most recent visit on 10/24/12, I dealt with Carl Anderson. He had the unenviable task of having to inform me that the place I had my previous oil change had stripped the drain plug and I would need a replacement pan to properly fix the damage. He took the time to show me the issue, wrote a description of the issue for me to show the place that caused the damage, and even gave me the damage part for further evidence to assist in recouping the cost of the repair. Carl was professional, friendly, and most helpful. I will definitely continue to have my truck serviced at Ron Hibbard Toyota. More
