I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. The Ron Hibbard service department was my first experience with this dealership. It left a very good impression (clean, efficient, pleasant, comfortab The Ron Hibbard service department was my first experience with this dealership. It left a very good impression (clean, efficient, pleasant, comfortable customer lounge, and a reliable repair that seemed a fair price). It came time to buy a new car so we called to relay our requirements to the sales department. We spoke with Lydia Atmore. The car we were looking for was not part of their inventory, but within a couple of hours they found a car within a reasonable distance and promised to have it ready to go the next day. We understood Toyota's options, and understood the price we could expect. Much to my surprise we were not pressured to buy anything we did not feel we needed. I'll admit I felt some trepidation buying a car sight-unseen, but we made our deposit (over the phone). Upon arrival our new car was ready and waiting. Ms. Atmore took a lot of time introducing us to all the features of the car. Throughout the paperwork process I was once again pleasantly surprised that we were not pressured to buy anything that we didn't feel we needed. I'll have to admit that car salesmen I have delt with in the past never gave my wife and I a hug when we left the lot, but that was the send-off Ms. Atmore gave us. Lack of upfront transparency I was in with 2 separate cars for 2 separate things. Carl is wonderful and I have no issues with the service on my Prius. Also, I love Dwight. These guys are great and they both deserve 5 stars. Jordan Clay is not giving 5 star service, however. When I was shocked that the diagnostic fee was $136, which he did not mention to my husband, his response was defensive and in no way professional. He proceeded to tell me that my car might stop on my way home. I was not warm and fuzzy, I’m sure, but his cavalier attitude left a terrible taste in my mouth. We are in the market for a new car and we will not be back to Ron Hibbard. I hate to leave because Carl and Dwight are so good to me, but there are so many other options out there. A little bit of tact can go a long way, and Jordan Clay had none yesterday. More
