Customer satisfaction doesn't really matter Don't get me wrong. I love the car (2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo) but I feel as though this dealership didn't give me the level of treatment they promi Don't get me wrong. I love the car (2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo) but I feel as though this dealership didn't give me the level of treatment they promised. First off when I picked up my car they said it would be premium shape and up to their standards. Well apparently those standards include a key fob with a dead battery, a marker light that's burnt out, fog lights that weren't hooked back up after they put the bumper back on, and hatch latch that fell off into the door, but the biggest being false advertisement that they refused to make right. It was listed as having a rear backup camera but didn't have one. When speaking to the GSM Randy Hibbard he refused to do anything to make it right with me. That's why the rating is so low and why I'll never do business with Ron Hibbard Toyota again. More

He looked through the sales inventory - no silver Camry, but remembered they had taken in a 2018 silver Camry just that morning. Needless to say, this car had my name on it. Les actually met me halfway to deliver the Camry after it went through the verification process, etc. He was able to set up my phone for calls as well as reading my text messages to me while driving. I knew my prior Camry had done these things but Les took the time to learn how to set these things up for me. He was going the extra mile to make me feel welcome. I am Boring I just purchased my third Highlander so I am boring! I have finally found a sales person and dealership that takes most of the pain out of the car bu I just purchased my third Highlander so I am boring! I have finally found a sales person and dealership that takes most of the pain out of the car buying process. Yes it is still long and yes you wait around a lot. But Wayne made the process as painless as possible. I always dread going to the finance guy’s office as the majority of them push so hard for dealer add-ons or extended warranty packages etc. NOT Dave, he respectfully asked once if I had an interest in an extended warranty package, I said no and that was it. I am a retired accountant so I feel like I can do the necessary research and determine a fair price. I felt that I got a fair price both for my trade-in and on my new Highlander. Could I have gotten a better deal elsewhere? Possibly but the thought of dealing with your hometown dealer appeals to me. More
