When I arrived to Ron Hibbard Toyota Nathan Meyer promptly greeted me with a smile and quickly started to assess my needs ! He didn’t try to sell me something he wanted to sell , he tried to help me into something I (needed) & I could afford. I find that a Incredibly important Trait needed in a sales man. I could tell I wasn’t just a sale , that I was a cared for customer by Ron Hibbard Toyota . I was needing something perfect for my budget & perfect for my children. I needed safe and reliable. Nathan Meyer and Steve Barrios knew the price I had in mind & that I had a passion for the Toyota Highlander. I had a Highlander out on loan from Toyota North Rivergate at the time . I was really shopping around trying to find the best deal for me ! Steve Barrios told me to give him 24 hours and he would help me into a Highlander of my dreams. I left the dealership and went home to await a phone call from Ron Hibbard Toyota. The next day around 2pm Nathan Meyer called me, cheerfully asked me to come back into the dealership because they had found MY HIGHLANDER! I arrived in my loaner from the other dealership eager to see what they had came up with . Parked in the very front Parking space was a Beautiful Pearl white highlander ! I instantly thought , oh great this is going to be WAY out of my budget . I trusted Nathan & Steve’s judgment and walked in . THESE TWO SALESMAN FOUND ME MY PERFECT HIGHLANDER WITH A BETTER PRICE ! BETTER TRIM LEVEL ! LOWER MILES ! BETTER QUALITY then the other dealer North Rivergate . I was shocked at the vehicle they found and YES ! Put me in ! They made my car buying experience Easy & Perfect. I almost was taken advantage of . I’m very pleased that I gave Steve and Nathan the 24 hours to find my perfect highlander ! I am forever greatful ! This vehicle is in my budget and perfect for me and my children ! Barry was great in making us feel like we weren't just another person to get him a paycheck. Ron, the owner, came and spoke with us directly to ease our frustrations. When we arrived there we had no intention of buying only looking, as we had a lease we needed out of. We had a great car but needed something bigger. Well we fell in love with the highlander! Barry and Ron made this experience a lot less frustrating for us and treated us as family. They stayed 3 hours after they closed to get us and a few others finished up. Never once did they seem frustrated that their evening was gone from staying late! Thank you for the great experience! We will be back when it's time again! More
