Finally getting a new truck! I had the same Toyota Tacoma for 15 years and it was time for a change. I had drove it since I first started at 16, through my career in the Marine Corps, as a father of two boys, and finally in my career as a Firefighter. I went to Ron Hibbard Toyota and sat down with Lydia Atmore to discuss options for buying new or used. She was able to work with me to find the vehicle I liked at the price I was able to pay. She also worked hard to help me get value out of my Tacoma and my car that I was trading in. Lydia is an awesome salesman. She will not only talk about the vehicles with an immense amount of knowledge but also, shoot the breeze talking about fun stuff. She has an amazing balance of professionalism while also being relatable and approachable. The personnel that worked with her to make this sale happen were top notch, too! Randy Hibbard also worked hard with me and Lydia to find just the right vehicle for me. Even getting the one I bought drove down to the store from out of state! I cannot thank them enough. The truck I came to look at was in immaculate shape, Certified Pre-Owned, at the best price anywhere I looked in the Clarksville/Nashville area. Barry was a gentleman and simply listened to what I wanted to do and then made it happen. It could not have been easier. I met 3 people that day, Barry, Steve, and Dave, and they all treated me and my family like we were old friends. I cannot recommend these individuals enough. My wife was so happy driving off the lot in her new vehicle. Barry is hands down the best sales person we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From showing the operation of all the buttons and features to the actual test drive he was great. Steve was instrumental in arranging the order and ensuring she got the intended vehicle. Dave in finance was there to give us all the info we needed to decide on coverage and payment options. No pressure at all from any of these folks.
