Barry and Steve worked to ensure she got the order for the last one made of that color and trim package. We waited several weeks to take delivery but was well worth the wait. My wife was so happy driving off the lot in her new vehicle. Barry is hands down the best sales person we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From showing the operation of all the buttons and features to the actual test drive he was great. Steve was instrumental in arranging the order and ensuring she got the intended vehicle. Dave in finance was there to give us all the info we needed to decide on coverage and payment options. No pressure at all from any of these folks. Just plain and simply put, they provided us with helpful information and let us decide what we wanted that was best for us. Everybody won. Will definitely trade with this dealership again. More

Ruby Flare vs. Silver Bullet Les Moser saved the day when I drove up to Gallatin from Murfreesboro to look at a 2017 navy blue Camry. I wasn't so sure I wanted to give up Les Moser saved the day when I drove up to Gallatin from Murfreesboro to look at a 2017 navy blue Camry. I wasn't so sure I wanted to give up the features in my 2018 (leased) Camry (mainly the 40 mpg highway). I just know that was not my car. I wanted the text message notification system to read the texts to me when driving. I really missed this feature as I had it in my 2014 Camry. Les was able to get this feature to work for me on my car. He then asked what color other than be blue did I like and I told him silver. The Ruby Flair color is absolutely beautiful but got me in trouble with the police - speeding! He also got the entune suites downloaded for me and showed me some of it's features - like the scout navigation system - now I don't have to call them several times for directions!!! In summary, Les made the statement that if he had a 2018 silver Camry would I trade. To my surprise I said 'yes - exactly' and he went inside to check. They had just taken one in that day. Thanks for all of your help Les - a job very well done!!! More
