She shared "pros and cons" of vehicles that caught my eye, and gave me the opportunity to talk myself out of buying a car several times. Yet she offered thoughtful and insightful perspectives and afforded me the decision to walk away, or look some more or (ultimately) buy a car that would provide safety, economy and longevity. Not the typical dealership! I had already found the vehicle online that checked all of the boxes of what I was looking for. After a brief internet conversation I called to speak with someone and was connected with Allen. I told him I would stop by in the afternoon. When I arrived he already had the vehicle pulled out and ready for a test drive. The vehicle had a few small cosmetic marks on it that Allen said he would have repaired if I wanted to purchase. We took a test drive and he was very laid back, informative and not pushy. He also off-roads and that was a big deal to me as he knew what I wanted and needed out of the vehicle. I myself am in sales and I am not pushy nor do I like that approach and was very pleased with Allen's demeanor. I highly recommend him! More
