I have brought my 2005 Prius in for service and the service department was very attentive and thoroughly communicative. My Prius continues to run like a dream and I will continue to have it serviced regularly here. Recently I bought a new Tacoma. I parked at the used car area, expecting to get a used truck a little cheaper than new... Before I exited my car, Mike Creekmore greeted me outside. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me to every possible vehicle that fit my request. He got keys for the narrowed-down choices and I tried on a few trucks. I came to the conclusion that I really wanted a new truck and Mike didn’t hesitate to walk me over to the newest models. I again sat in a few that piqued my interest. Mike took me on the test drives and chatted about the features of the vehicle. He answered every question I had and if he didn’t know, he said he would find out... and he did as promised. He’s been here every step of the buying process and has called twice to see how the truck is running and if I have any other concerns.
