My Ron Hibbard Experience I have been casually looking for a newer model vehicle for over 8 months. I have been to many dealerships from Bowling Green, KY to Fort Myers, FL whi I have been casually looking for a newer model vehicle for over 8 months. I have been to many dealerships from Bowling Green, KY to Fort Myers, FL while on vacation. I have been exposed to High Pressure to No Pressure sales. I have felt the most comfortable with the personnel of Ron Hibbard Pre-Owned Car Sales. Atmosphere is Low Pressure and the sales staff if down to earth and easy to speak with, I entered the lot on a Friday night just to view a vehicle I happen to find via the Internet. After driving the vehicle Friday evening and sitting with Wayne and Carlos I was presented with a tentative offer to think about over night, After some careful thought and calculations I decided that vehicle would be in my garage Saturday afternoon the next day. The sale was made and I have what I believe is a excellent automobile to take me many comfortable years into retirement in three weeks. Thank Ron Hibbard Toyota. More

Tired of less than subpar service Every time I come here for service it’s a bad experience. I dropped my car off for service at 7 called at 3:30 to see if it was ready because no one c Every time I come here for service it’s a bad experience. I dropped my car off for service at 7 called at 3:30 to see if it was ready because no one called me and of course it was done. I had asked them to wash it since they offer a car wash. I go outside to get my car and it’s still visibly dirty so I go back in and they take my car back around so I wait some more. Finally get back in my car and my floor mats are wet because they didn’t put the paper mats in there and my seat was pushed all the way back. I’ve talked to the service manager before and all he does is make excuses. Once my maintenance plan is over I will definitely be taking it somewhere else for future services. I will say though Jordan my service advisor is always pleasant as well as the porter (not sure of his name). More
