I went in looking for a vehicle after my previous car was deemed totaled i I cant say enough about the great customer service I received at RH Toyota! I went in looking for a vehicle after my previous car was deemed totaled in an accident. When I went in I did not have a lot of money to put down as I was waiting on my insurance check to come in. Doug with online services put me with Christian over in the used car department to help with my search. Christian was absolutely phenomenal. From the time I met him until the purchase of my vehicle he maintained the most utmost customer service. He was very honest and helped me choose the right car for me. He was able to work with me once I found a vehicle I loved, despite not having a down payment that day. I kept in contact from the day I found my vehicle until the sell. He was able to take a small down payment as a hold on the vehicle so they wouldn't sell it! I was beyond blessed they did that for me because I absolutely loved the car!! At the time of the sell everything was seamless. He had all the paperwork ready and waiting, so all I had to do was speak with Davey in finance, and drive away in my new car!
