Got it right the second time I bought my “replacement” 2018 Highlander Limited from Ron Hibbard Toyota after putting 129 miles on my old 2018 Highlander XLE. The XLE did not have I bought my “replacement” 2018 Highlander Limited from Ron Hibbard Toyota after putting 129 miles on my old 2018 Highlander XLE. The XLE did not have the features I thought it had after being told by the “new” Nashville Toyota dealer that the safety features were the same on all models. After a few weeks I thought I would see how painful trading up would be. This time I turned right on Gallatin Pike instead of left like I did when I made the wrong turn a few weeks earlier. From the second I walked in the building, everyone spoke and was helpful. I was directed to Lydia Atmore. Lydia was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales person I’ve met in this process. After making my first offer she took it to the boss. A few minutes later, the owner Ron Hibbard came to the office and spent at least 15 minutes discussing the possibilities of how we could work out a trade. That’s right; the owner. He didn’t just happen to be in town that day. He actually works there! Lydia just kept working with me to find the right vehicle and in a couple of days I had what I was looking for in a car and in a sale price. After the sale was completed, Lydia spent more than an hour showing my wife and I the vehicle’s features. I went back a few days later for a refresher course. Lydia is the best! My newest car is doing great, even though I’ve already run up 140 miles on it in the first few days! This is a dealership with a visible owner who wants to work with his customers. No pressure, and friendly helpful employees. Go by and leave happier than when you arrived. Be sure and take home a new car with you! More

Simple, Amazing, Top Notch!! We were looking for a car for our daughter. After discussing a used (Very nice!!) There was the possibility that we might get a loaner car, but she got there just before closing at 7 pm and there were no loaner cars. We had decided if there were none, she would take an uber or taxi home. But because there were no loaner cars available, Carl drove her home himself. I is about 20 min to our house from the dealership. I don't know where Carl lives, but he sure went "the extra mile" for my wife, and we sure do appreciate it. More

While at the dealership, I had positive experiences with both the manager Steve and the salesperson Jon malone. While cleaning out my old car, I forgot to grab my work badge. Steven barrios went out of his way to meet me on Sunday to return my item to me. As always, I felt treated with the upmost respect and felt greatly valued as a customer. The sales person took his time explaining things in detail to me and allowed me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in learning more about before making my decision. More
