Went down to the service dept. today and met Carl Anderson, a service advisor, who was very personable and professional. He was able to pull up my Tundra in the Toyota database and was able to get me in today for the 55K service and a much needed front end alignment. He made my first Toyota visit a very positive and fun experience. I will continue to use this dealership for all my Tundra service and maintenance. More

Excellent customer experience While we came in for just an regular oil change and squeaky belt concern, we certainly did not know that the vehicle that my wife truly loved and had While we came in for just an regular oil change and squeaky belt concern, we certainly did not know that the vehicle that my wife truly loved and had been so carefully to have it maintained by only Toyota service had also been so inappropriately serviced by these other Toyota dealerships and was now in severe condition. To say that it was upsetting to see and learn these issues had resulted from being serviced by other those other Toyota dealerships was an understatement. Ron actively stepping in to help review and discuss the circumstances and options with us was an invaluable help. And although we certainly didn’t expect the need to replace this vehicle at this time, I believe the resulting decision to do so was the right one. Ron's recommendation of the certified 2016 Highlander and involving Jon to help us with this vehicle was again a terrific decision. Jon ensured that he took the time to discuss the vehicle in detail, point out features and demonstrating excellent product knowledge of the vehicle. We really appreciated this kind of interaction and his ability to answer most if not all our questions. If was difficult getting my wife to consider give up her 2002 Highlander, but once we decided to trade for this 2016 Highlander, Jon was very attentive in explaining and working with us and through the sales process, I believe striving to do his best to help meet and set the right expectations for us. Even after we closed the sale and just before we left, Jon took the time to do a “refresh of last minute details” regarding the vehicle options and capabilities, even synching both our cell phones to the vehicle Bluetooth system. We truly appreciated all his efforts and hope that Ron at least give him a verbal “shout out” in front of his peers in a team sales meeting if not additional recognition. He was terrific! As today will be one week since we traded, and this is the fourth vehicle we’ve had the pleasure to purchase through Ron and his team, we wanted to make sure that Ron knew how much we appreciated the time, interest and assistance that both he and Jon provided to us. It’s rare when a dealership owner takes a “hands on” approach and interest in their customers as you do. The care and camaraderie of Ron and his team working with your customers speak volumes and we look forward to our continued relationship! More
