Chris has outstanding customer service and was sooo patient! From the beginning he was upfront, genuine and honest, so I knew I could trust what he told me. He was very knowledgeable and readily available for any questions or concerns I had during the process (and I had a lot lol). I met with him, told him exactly what I was looking within a week or less from that time I drove off their lot in my new car! I'm not an easy person to please, but I am soooo happy and confident with my purchase and thats all because of the amazing job Chris Clouse and the team at Ron HIbbard did! Ive gotten a lot of compliments on my car and when they asked how much I paid they're all amazed and agree that I got a really good deal! I would definitely recommend Chris and this dealership! More

We were evaluating several manufactures products, so there were multiple visits made to meet with Allen Kalisch to compare vehicles and evaluate the Highlander. Allen was very knowable about the product (which was not the case at other dealerships) and very patient working with us in our multiple visits. Once we made the decision to purchase the Highlander Allen was excellent working with to finalizing the deal. During the process Ron Hibbard also met with us on a couple occasions. This was very positive to see the owners involvement with his dealerships customers. Overall I wold highly recommend working with these people. More

Great service with a smile I Had not been in the service department for a couple years because I bought a car from another dealership. My wife's car needed a battery and she wanted a Toyota battery. When I got there Jordan and Carl and Scott remember my name and they were so accommodating to my needs today. Jordan and Carl have great rapport with customer they make them enjoy the experience. I saw a couple coming to pick up their car and they actually were happy. Jordan is very respectful young man and treats everybody with respect. Carl is a true professional and knows his business well and is a straight shooter. Scott went out of his way today to make sure I had a battery and even assisted me installing it. Ron Hibbard 's service department is one of the best I have been to in awhile and has home type feeling and you enjoy the experience. I am looking forward to my next visit. More

Pushy! High Pressure and dishonest sales tactics. After checking with a few other dealerships I came to Ron Hibbard. I was greeted by Chris S. who was awesome. He was very friendly! The problem was wi After checking with a few other dealerships I came to Ron Hibbard. I was greeted by Chris S. who was awesome. He was very friendly! The problem was with Randy the manager. Randy was very pushy and treated me like I was stupid. He kept saying I was falling for "the game". He kept begging me to make a decision that night instead of coming back in the morning with my wife. He was very desperate. He was also way lower on the appraisal for my trade-in than the other Toyota dealerships and higher prices on the same vehicle. The interest rate was higher and everything. He felt so bad for Chris because I wanted to give him my business but I couldn't do it after the way Randy treated me. He said they are about relationships over there and that's why they charge more...but I don't want a relationship with them. More
