We underestimated the time it would take, neglected to keep you informed about what was going on, neglected to explain the charges thoroughly and were not able to wash your car in that time frame, and for these things we are very sorry. We reached out and reviewed the charges with you and attempted to show our appreciation for you as a customer and for your time lost, we have made the offer of a $100 service credit and a full detail on your vehicle, which is a $130 value.
