Bought a very slightly used tacoma from Brian. Brian was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions. I feel like we worked out a fair deal for everyone and was mostly pleased Brian was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions. That small cost savings on a 38 thousand dollar truck left a diminished faith in the after sale customer service although the rest of the process was pleasent. More

I had brought the Land Cruiser in for a Originally found this dealership while test-driving an old clapped out Land Cruiser from another used car lot. I had brought the Land Cruiser in for an inspection which they helped with and were able to fit me in immediately. While doing so I spoke with Brian Crowder over at the Used Car lot, got his card and figured I would come back to the dealership to see what they had on the lot if the Land Cruiser did not check out. After deciding quickly to pass on the Land Cruiser, Brian and I got in touch again and I began inquiring about the 2008 4Runner they had on their lot. Brian went the distance to make sure I had all the information I needed. I was wheeling and dealing with a few different dealerships about their 4Runners and Brian definitely earned the sale on the one I purchased. Late in the evening, he provided me with pictures of the undercarriage of the vehicle which honestly was the turning point in my search. I was in a peculiar situation where I had sold my car in Nashville while on a road trip out west. This made me stuck in the water about an hour south of the Hibbard dealership. Brian was able to hop in a car and come pick me and all my stuff up down in Franklin. If not for this, and the continual contact regarding questions about the vehicle, I would have ended up buying one of the 4runners closer to where I was staying. Upon driving the vehicle, I noticed that there was a slight hop while braking. At this point I had pretty much committed to the vehicle, and was pleasantly surprised that despite this, they remedied the issue. Brian had kept telling me "We are not like other dealerships" which every last stinkin' car dealer will tell you, though after the entire experience on their lot, I started to believe it. More

Staff was very helpful and they care about their customers as well as all Toyota customers. I will drive the 1662 miles to this dealer for for my next Toyota purchase. Because I know they care and are all about customer service and satisfaction. More

I was interested in driving the car but not buying at this point but a deal was made that satisfied my needs. Ron's son has learned his lessons well from his father. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. I can always go back and get things explained that I've forgotten or stop in for a short chat. They are always welcoming! More
