Actually a fun buying experience. I have purchased at least 10-12 vehicles in my 40 plus years of driving and this by far was the easiest and most pleasant experience. They really make you fee like family and our sales rep "Bryan" was very laid back yet obviously enthusiastic about the Toyota line, specifically the Tacoma. Although the assistant mgr did step in the first night I brought my wife as we were leaving, we never felt "pressured". He asked good questions and was just doing his job but we were not ready right then. We did go back and review the numbers and from there they made it easy. Approval was very quick. The attention to detail upon delivery was fantastic and Bryan even went and got some products himself and finished detailing the truck as we were going over the vehicle. Paper work was almost too simple. I would buy there again and recommend them to all of our friends. More

I attribute the excellent experience I had while having my car repaired to my Service Advisor, Helen Anderson ( I had not met her before coming to Toy I attribute the excellent experience I had while having my car repaired to my Service Advisor, Helen Anderson ( I had not met her before coming to Toyota). She was very professional and helpful. Ms Anderson had to contact me to come back in for a more thorough evaluation of the repairs i needed. The second evaluation resulted in the cost being more than three times the original cost I was quoted. I felt she handled this situation very well. She was appropriately apologetic and explained the reasons for the additional cost. I found her to be entergetic, positive and truly enjoyed her work. I told Helen that I did not want the text and emails reminding me of my appointments as I found them to be a neusance. She told me she would make that request for me, and asked me when I returned if the reminder messages had stopped. They had. I think her good people skills defused a possible unpleasant experience. I will return to Ron Hubbard Toyota in the future as the need arises. More
