First of all, I only work with one staff member during the buying process and one staff member during the financing process. There was never a question as to with whom I was to work at any given time. Next, they took time to explain things, but did not go on and on about irrelevant issues. Finally, not only was the time efficiency dramatically better, but they worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no bringing around something shiny to try to trigger my emotions. They simply helped in a very efficient and professional manner. I will be back! More
