Well, I'm pleased to say that at Ron Hibbard Toyota I found all of these challenges dismissed. I worked with Allen Kalisch, and he made all of these issues non-issues. The negotiation process was fair, and Allen was willing to try his best to meet my expectations. There's a lot of paperwork involved in buying a new car; however, Allen was well organized and just kept the papers coming. I felt like I was at a book signing. Finally, the most intimidating factor of buying a new car is the array of new technology. It's great but you need some tutoring at first, and Allen spent over an hour carefully explain the tech functions and loading some of the features. We specifically appreciated the relaxed approach to the sale, because the sale should always be the customer's decision not the decision of someone that won't be driving the vehicle in the future. Brian took the time to show us the features of the car and asked what features would be important to us. Additionally, since we have been Toyota owners for years, we thought we knew most ever feature, but he was able to show us new features that would enhance the experience of our new purchase. As a closing to our purchase we met with Michael, as we have in the past....he always is very efficient and easy to work with in closing of the sale.
