I have always been anxious going into dealerships because of sale tactics and previous costly deals however that WAS NOT the case here! I was greeted with a smiling face, a cut-up known known none other than "James" and as he spoke about the vehicle I was enquiring about (and never thought I'd get), I realized he wasn't trying to sell me a car, he was giving me the facts about the car and allowing me to make an educated decision. I am astonished of the amount of knowledge he knew about the vehicle! My credit score was not ideally where it should have been, however "James" researched every avenue he could to make sure I was able to bring home a new dependable SUV, with third-row seating for a growing family and able to get the payments down to where I had to have them.
