Great Overall Experience I went with my parents when they bought their used Hyundai from Allen at Hibbard Toyota. We were so satisfied with the customer service. I found a used Toyota online and went to see it, but wasn't able to get it due to funds. I ended up with a brand new Toyota Corolla S. I am so thrilled with my car and the care that the employees at Ron Hibbard. Thanks again! More

Horrible experience with the service center Recently had my 2006 Toyota Camry serviced at Ron Hibbard Toyota. The checkout Clerk provided me my inspection sheet and advised that I needed numerou Recently had my 2006 Toyota Camry serviced at Ron Hibbard Toyota. The checkout Clerk provided me my inspection sheet and advised that I needed numerous items replaced and or serviced. I then took my Camry to another Toyota mechanic who advise me that the items that Ron Hibbard said needed replaced where in good working order. I then returned home and this Camry and was smelling an odor of burning oil, I open the hood to find oil had been horde or spilled on the exhaust and there you were you add oil. The washer fluid reservoir had not been topped off like they stated. More

A truly exceptional car-buying experience Shortly after arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Brian Crowder, who asked me if he could help me with anything. I had been thinking about purchasing a Toyota Tacoma for a while, and he was more than happy to let me test-drive one. While I was test-driving the vehicle, Brian happily answered all of my questions about the vehicle. He was very easy to talk to, and a real stand-up guy. I ended up purchasing that Tacoma, and I am more than satisfied with my experience. Brian is an exceptional guy, and I have no doubt in my mind that he more than satisfies all of Ron Hibbard Toyota's customers. Afterwards, I went to the finance office and spoke with Michael Christian, who answered all of my questions and more.
