Excellent Service Department I am new to the Gallatin area and was looking for a good dealership in order to maintain my Toyota Tacoma. I certainly have found it at Ron Hibbard T I am new to the Gallatin area and was looking for a good dealership in order to maintain my Toyota Tacoma. I certainly have found it at Ron Hibbard Toyota. I have had my truck in for service on two occasions. The first being a normal oil change and tire rotation. The second was a problem with my front brakes. In short, I am entirely satisfied with the service I received at Ron Hibbard Toyota. I was treated exactly as a customer wishes to be treated. The representatives were friendly and the information I received about my needed repair was concise and informative. I don't know how it could have been a better experience. I will certainly return as I feel I have found the dealership that I had been seeking. Thanks to the Service Dept. at Ron Hibbard and to Carl Anderson in particular. More

Fabulous Customer Car I am asked why I drive to Gallatin for oil changes and maintenance for my 2015 Camry when I can get cheaper service from other areas. My experience was excellent. I attribute the excellent experience I had while having my car repaired to my Service Advisor, Helen Anderson ( I had not met her before coming to Toy I attribute the excellent experience I had while having my car repaired to my Service Advisor, Helen Anderson ( I had not met her before coming to Toyota). She was very professional and helpful. Ms Anderson had to contact me to come back in for a more thorough evaluation of the repairs i needed. The second evaluation resulted in the cost being more than three times the original cost I was quoted. I felt she handled this situation very well. She was appropriately apologetic and explained the reasons for the additional cost. I found her to be entergetic, positive and truly enjoyed her work. I told Helen that I did not want the text and emails reminding me of my appointments as I found them to be a neusance. She told me she would make that request for me, and asked me when I returned if the reminder messages had stopped. They had. I think her good people skills defused a possible unpleasant experience. I will return to Ron Hubbard Toyota in the future as the need arises. More
