Best in class Service Department Carl Anderson is the single best service provider that I have ever worked with at a car dealership. When the engine on my 2013 Tundra was destroyed by one of the "Quick oil change" companies I had the truck towed to Ron Hibbard. Over the course of 5 weeks Carl was in constant contact with me regarding the situation. He helped by working directly with the at fault parties insurance company and provided valuable guidance to me on how to best handle the situation. Carl went above and beyond what any reasonable person could expect. His persistence and experience resulted in the best possible outcome for me. I am convinced that I would not have gotten the replacement engine and warranty at no cost without his efforts. Thank you! Ron Hibbard's service department has earned my business for life. More
