Consistently Good The staff at this dealership are so friendly and helpful. I had to work at 11am, so I had to drop my car off four hours before my 3pm appointment and The staff at this dealership are so friendly and helpful. Well, they called me at 1pm and said it was done...TWO HOURS BEFORE my appointment was even scheduled. They came and got me at my lunch break and I got my car back before my work day was done. That was SO helpful, convenient, and well worth the price of doing business with them. I bought my car from them and they've always treated me well. More

This was great for me since I was planning on driving the Camry to Florida in the next couple of days. Scheduling an oil change/tire rota Since purchasing my 2013 Toyota Sequoia from Rivergate Toyota, I have always had it serviced at Ron Hibbard Toyota. Scheduling an oil change/tire rotation is quick and easy. At my last oil change, it was mentioned that I need to look at replacing my tires. There was no mention of them needing to do it- no pressure to buy, just a concern for the safety of my family. After a summer of cross-country driving, I knew it was time it get them done, so I called up Carl and got a detail and tire replacement scheduled. When I dropped my car off yesterday, I let them know I was under a time crunch due to school. Usually, this would be an all day drop-off, but they had my car back to me by 2:30! Carl delivered, my car looked amazing, and I got to where I needed to be. I can always count on Carl so I will always continue to frequent Ron Hibbard. More
