All of the service personnel are excellent. Carl always takes exceptional care of me and my service needs and goes the extra mile to to make sure if fits my schedule. Kevin and Carl have always taken great care of me. Came in a couple of weeks ago with missing lug nuts from where Goodyear on Thompson Lane had left them too loose.
