Excellent Customer Service! Once again, Carl and staff at Ron Hibbard Toyota Service Department took very good care of me today! I suddenly began hearing a loud squeal coming fr Once again, Carl and staff at Ron Hibbard Toyota Service Department took very good care of me today! I suddenly began hearing a loud squeal coming from my right rear tire area. I was not far from my home, and even closer to Ron Hibbard Toyota. I decided to bring the car in to have it looked at. Carl heard the noise, greeted me, and suggested that I not drive the car any further. Since I arrived at closing time for the shop personnel, I agreed to leave the car until it could be looked at Monday morning. Several minutes later, I realized I had left my wallet in the center console in my car, and I returned to retrieve it. I soon saw Carl driving my car back into the service dropoff area where I had left my car. He told me that he and one of the service techs saw a component of the brake assembly that had been bent, as if I had recently hit something with it. It turns out they were able to remedy the problem very quickly, and I drove my car home. I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received for my Toyota Camry at Ron Hibbard Toyota. I am very thankful to have them so close to home. I will definitely return for future service! More

Understanding, Concerned Plus Quality Service After the recent death of my Sister-in-Law we had to deal with her car which had been sitting idle in the garage for two years. We visited Hibbard Toyota, where the car was purchased, and met Carl Anderson, Service Advisor. Carl listened to our dilemma which was complicated by the fact that the vehicles license had expired, it would not start, and needed to be serviced before it could be driven back to Indiana. Carl immediately outlined a solution to get the car towed to the dealership, determined what was needed to obtain "temporary tags" and promised to call us the next day with details on the needed repairs and condition of the vehicle. As promised he called the next day and the repairs were completed as scheduled. Carl's sensitivity to the difficulty of this situation, as we live 5 hours away, his timely response and follow-up and the quality of work by the Technician was exceptional and an asset to this Dealership Thanks YOU More

AMAZING Customer Service Dropped by on a Saturday morning to schedule a 4 wheel alignment and found out that if had a little time they could take care of it that morning. Afte Dropped by on a Saturday morning to schedule a 4 wheel alignment and found out that if had a little time they could take care of it that morning. After about 25 minutes, their Certified Master Technician/Shop Foreman Jeff Harris, who was doing the alignment, came up and started asking me some questions and explaining some things pertaining to my lower control arm. Assuring me he felt like everything was ok now, but just making me aware. After completing the alignment he brought my vehicle around, handed me my keys, and told me he checked my battery, and it did test low. He told me it might be time to be thinking about replacing it in the next few months. Thank you Jeff Harris for taking the time to be so informative and VERY professional. I wished all service facilities had a Jeff Harris. More
