The team was ready for me at my appointment time, shuttled me home right away, and even picked me up later in the day to come back for my vehicle. They honored the price I was initially quoted--a good price, by the way, and even gave my truck a thorough wash. I'm not often pleased to pay a $1000 repair bill, but I feel Hibbard provided great value and peace of mind. I am coming back for all my Tundra maintenance! More

Went down to the service dept. today and met Carl Anderson, a service advisor, who was very personable and professional. He was able to pull up my Tundra in the Toyota database and was able to get me in today for the 55K service and a much needed front end alignment. He made my first Toyota visit a very positive and fun experience. I will continue to use this dealership for all my Tundra service and maintenance. More

Great service with a smile I Had not been in the service department for a couple years because I bought a car from another dealership. My wife's car needed a battery and she wan I Had not been in the service department for a couple years because I bought a car from another dealership. My wife's car needed a battery and she wanted a Toyota battery. When I got there Jordan and Carl and Scott remember my name and they were so accommodating to my needs today. Jordan and Carl have great rapport with customer they make them enjoy the experience. I saw a couple coming to pick up their car and they actually were happy. Jordan is very respectful young man and treats everybody with respect. Carl is a true professional and knows his business well and is a straight shooter. Scott went out of his way today to make sure I had a battery and even assisted me installing it. Ron Hibbard 's service department is one of the best I have been to in awhile and has home type feeling and you enjoy the experience. I am looking forward to my next visit. More
